The 24th. annual running of THE BIG ONE will once again take place on Labor Day weekend Friday August 29th. thru Sunday August 31st. 2025 at Fremont Raceway Park in Fremont Ohio. This year's event will add another year to our history as the longest running Historical Karting event in the world.
The weekend activities start off on Friday August the 29th. with early move-in and pit set up along with the start of the weekend long swap meet. NO karts will be run on Friday however, this is a chance to meet and greet your fellow enthusiast and maybe even find a deal or that one elusive part you have been chasing. Saturday morning the track will open for a weekend of sideways sliding fun continuing thru Sunday. Pit spaces are free of charge all weekend and no special membership is required to participate.
Come on out and enjoy the sights and the sounds from the beginnings of the sport of Karting and see accurate examples of what the early days of karting actually looked like in a weekend long event featuring a free daily lunch to all, free drivers raffles and a swapmeet that is second to none.
