Duffy's Flexible Flyer

Alvin Webb tells me that after his days at Go Kart, Duffy designed & sold a 'chassis only' sidewinder to accommodate the new foreign engines, using your own selection of wheels, steering components, etc.... He sold it under the GP Enterprises label. This woulda been in the late 60's or early 70's. Anybody have any photos or info? I'm trying to gather info for a Vintage Karter newsletter article.
