Need help identifying this kart. I am helping a friend restore it. Note how the front axle has caster adjustment and camber adjustment on left front wheel.

There was a kart called an "Intimidator" that had a front axle setup similar to that. Made down south for 4 cycles in the late 80's but I never saw a twin engine model. You are missing the clevis turnbuckles that go to the front axle & set caster.
