Winter karting

Bob & Rob,

Watching the weather back there.

Looks like it’s time to switch to snow tires and skis on the karts.

Stay warm.

Dean,

What the heck you know what its like around here. You don't have to rub it in. ;)

20's with a strong wind. Heard a good amount of snow expected out east.

Keep that ice set-up out there. Got some motors I need to go through and I heading where its warm, this lousy weather might be just the motivation I need.

When I was a kid I put 1/4-20 bolts through my tires & rode my kart on the frozen river.
Now the idea of going outside in the cold :? ........ naaaaaaaa

Bob, you can laugh at me this summer when it’s 115 here 🤬.

Rob, that would have been a blast as a kid!
I remember having on multiple pairs of pants, sweatshirts, jackets and still freezing my ass riding my fun kart in the snow there as a kid. The lake county sheriff finally put an end to our snow karting at night fun.

Here’s the snow yesterday in Ashtabula.

Dean,

Lake effect is in full swing. Hope all our Northeast Ohio, Erie Pa, and Buffalo folks are doing o.k.

Personally I liked hanging off the bumper of a Volkswagen blasting down the street at 50 mph. Just make sure you let go before you hit the salted area. :o
