It's a Putt-Nik. They had the Demon, Phantom and other models. Can't remember which this one is. Georgia built. They brought several to our Florida shop hoping to get Pop to take their lines to sell, but Pop wasn't interested in an overweight, stiff-chassised kart.

1961 Putt Nik Demon, there attempt at a flex frame, 3/4 in tube very nice looking kart. That is original seat. ron
