Report Fraud

Report Fraud - been ripped off by someone selling bogus, fake, counterfeit or misrepresented vintage karting items - don't accept it - take action!

Yes, as you are all well aware of now, our nice hobby with valuable collectible items, has been the target of "hucksters", trying to rip us off with bogus items. What to do, report them, here are links below to do just that. Selling fake items online can be a serious criminal offense, possibly involving Wire Fraud and Mail Fraud. The more people that file reports, the more likely action will be taken against the "hucksters", so do your duty, file those reports!

Where to report fraud

Internet Fraud Complaint Center - partnership between the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center, specializing in fraud committed on the Internet

FTC - complaint form - report Wire Fraud (Paypal payment through Ebay for bogus items qualifies)

US Postal Inspection Service - report mail fraud here (was your bogus item mailed to you through the US post office)

Ebay Buyer Protection Program - includes details on how to obtain refunds through Paypal and Ebay protection programs, also how to file fraud alerts and much more...
