At the bottom of the page click on 'attachments' box.
After clicking on 'attachment' box 'Add files' box will appear below the 'attachments' box, click on that.
Find your picture and click on it. Wait till it loads then hit the 'place inline' box and your picture should be downloaded.

And load multiple images in the reverse order you want them to appear inline. The least important image is the one you want to upload first, at least that's what I've found to be the case. and placing "in line" "click"once the image is loaded is critical to having a lineup of pictures showing one after the other.
